Description : INVITATION TO BID
SUPPLY and DELIVERY of AGRICULTURAL SUPPLIES (FERTILIZERS and PESTICIDES)
under PHILRICE-ISA-PB CORPO 2025-01
1. The DA-Philippine Rice Research Institute, Isabela through the 2025 Corporate Fund Budget intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Seven Thousand Only (Php 807,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF AGRICULTURAL SUPPLIES (FERTILIZERS AND PESTICIDES) under PHILRICE-ISA-PB CORPO 2025-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
2. The DA-Philippine Rice Research Institute, Isabela, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period specified in the Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
