The MUNICIPALITY OF GUINAYANGAN, QUEZON, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), will undertake a Negotiated Procurement - Two Failed Biddings Method for the Supply and Delivery of Agricultural Supplies and Equipment for used by the Office of the Municipal Agriculturist in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of Republic Act No. 9184.
