Description : 1) The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office-Cordillera Administrative Region (DA-RFO-CAR), through the General Appropriations Act 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos(Php 1,000.000.00) for Lot 1: Generator Set, Four Hundred Thirty-two Thousand Four Hundred Twenty-one Pesos(Php 432,421.000) for Lot 2: Grain Moisture Meter, Three Hundred sixty thousand pesos (360,000.00) for Lot 3: Feed Pellet Mill/Feed Pelletizer and Three Million One hundred Fifty-thousand Pesos (3,150,000.00) for Lot 4: Corn Sheller with a total ABC of Four Million Nine Hundred Forty-two Thousand Four Hundred Twenty-one Pesos (Php 4,942,421.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
