Description : 1 unit CACAO TEMPERING MACHINE
I. Design and Performance
Type: Batch Type, Single Disc
Prime Mover: 1 hp maximum, 220V, 60 Hz
single-phase electric motor
Tempering Capacity: 7kg/hr, minimum
Tempering Chamber Material: Stainless Steel
With On/Off switches (for electric motor
and for heating mechanism), transmission
and circuit cover.
II. Safety, Workmanship and Finish
1. Noise Level, dB (A), maximum: 92 dB, if
exceeded earmuffs must be provided for each
unit.
2. Any uncoated metallic surfaces shall be free
from rust and shall be painted properly.
3. Provisions for safety of the operator from
all moving components of the machine such as
belt guard or cover shall be included.
III. Maintenance
Provided with a set of manufacturer's
standard tools and accessories.
