Terms & Conditions:
1). Supplier must submit a warranty certificate to ensure the product is genuine and not counterfeit and manufactured at least year 2024-2025
2). FPA Peoduct Registration certificate that is registered, approved and ensures compliance with FPA and local regulations
3). Submit material Safety Data Sheet which provide detailed information about chemical properties, hazards, handling, storage and emergency measures
4). Insecticide must have clean and complete label with specification of active ingredients, mode of, application rates, REI/PHI and safety precautions
5). Delivery shall be on October 9. 2025 at PhilFIDA RSO VI, 272 Jainga Compound, Commission Civil St., Jaro, I.C. and must be inspected by the end-user or authorized PhilFIDA representative
