1. The Municipality of Jones, Isabela, through General Fund-MDRRMO Other Supplies & Materials Expenses intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (Php336,750.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Additional rescue Equipment of Rescue 42 with Solicitation No. Goods-2023-09. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Jones, Isabela now invites bids for the above Procurement Project with the following specifications:
