Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ADDITIONAL RESCUE EQUIPMENT FOR EMERGENCY RESPONSE

1) The City Government of Malabon, through the 70% LDRRM Fund included in the 2025 Annual Budget pursuant to City Ordinance No. 18-2024 intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY EIGHT THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED and FOUR PESOS (PhP4,178,804.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ADDITIONAL RESCUE EQUIPMENT FOR EMERGENCY RESPONSE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The City Government of Malabon now invites bids for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ADDITIONAL RESCUE EQUIPMENT FOR EMERGENCY RESPONSE with competitive bidding as a mode of procurement using Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB) as an award criterion. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
