Description : 1. The Department of Labor and Employment, Regional Office No. 5, Legazpi City, with its DOLE Integrated Livelihood Program (DILP) fund allocation and applying a single-year or until December 2025 Framework Agreement, intends to use the sum of Twenty-Two Million Three Hundred Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred Eighty Pesos (Php22,316,580.00) as the ABC for its procurement activity Re: Supply and Delivery of Additional Personal Protective Equipment for TUPAD 2025 Beneficiaries under Framework Agreement. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
