Description : INVITATION TO BID

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ADDITIONAL NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE FOR RELOCATED OFFICES

1) The Office of the Solicitor General (OSG), through the Republic Act (RA) No. 12116 or the General Appropriations Act of FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Pesos (₱6,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Additional Network Infrastructure for Relocated Offices / OSG PR No. 025-11-201. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The OSG now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Additional Network Infrastructure for Relocated Offices. Delivery and installation should be made at Convergys One Building, and should be completed within Sixty (60) Calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). A delay in delivery shall be subject to a penalty equivalent to 1/10 of 1% of the cost of the undelivered item/s for every day of delay.
