  Description : The Department of Education, Don Galo National High School, through school MOOE, intends to apply the sum of FIFTY-SIX THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED AND TWO PESOS ONLY (Php56,302.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contracts for Supply and Delivery of Janitorial and Electrical Supplies for the Month of March of Don Galo National High School.
  
  Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
  
  Prospective bidders should have completed a similar contract to the Project and with a value of at least 50% of the ABC. The contract duration is fifteen (3) calendar days.
  
  Bidding will be conducted through sealed quotation procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the"Government Procurement Reform Act".
