1. The City Government of San Pedro, Laguna through the 2025 Budget Approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod intends to apply the sum of Php 50,000,000.00 being the Approved Budget Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of additional high resolution cameras and advanced LED walls, and other ICT Infrastructure Projects in the Establishment of Operation Center/Command Center of Local 911 (Phase III). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
