1. The NATIONAL FOOD AUTHORITY (NFA), through the Corporate Operating Budget for 2025, intends to apply the sum of Three Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos only (Php 3,700,000.00) inclusive of VAT being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Supply and Delivery of Additional Brand-New Woven Polypropylene (WPP) Empty Sacks (MTS) for Palay and Rice of NFA Caraga Region CY 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
