Description : 1) The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office - MIMAROPA (DA-RFO-MIMAROPA), through the FY2025 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Forty-Four Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (Php2,744,800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of 94 units Power Sprayer for distribution to LGUs and to beneficiaries of INSPIRE and LEED Program. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The DA-RFO-MIMAROPA now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of 94 units Power Sprayer for distribution to LGUs and to beneficiaries of INSPIRE and LEED Program using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB) award criterion. Delivery of the Goods is required in thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
