Description : 1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office - MIMAROPA (DA-RFO-MIMAROPA) through the FY2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Forty Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-One Pesos (Php2,740,431.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of global positioning system device for RSBSA and Rice Field implementors of DA-MIMAROPA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture Region - MIMAROPA now invites bids for the above-titled procurement. Delivery of the Goods is required in thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
