Description : 1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office - MIMAROPA (DA-RFO-MIMAROPA) through the FY2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php1,620,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement tri-wheel vehicle for distribution to SAAD Phase 2 beneficiaries in Romblon. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DA-RFO-MIMAROPA now invites bids for the above-titled procurement. Delivery of the Goods is required in thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
