Description : 1. The Department of Agriculture Region - MIMAROPA through the General Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million Two Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php14,280,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of inorganic fertilizer for distribution to inbred rice farmers in Marinduque and Romblon under the production support services of Rice Program for CY2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture Region - MIMAROPA now invites bids for the above-titled procurement with the following items as follows:
