SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 8 UNITS HEMATOLOGY AND (2) OTHER ITEMS UNDER PURCHASE REQUEST NO. 1918-23

1. The Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental, through the Ordinance No. 1484-2020-20% Development Fund-Medical Equipment intends to apply the sum of TWENTY-FIVE MILLION NINE HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php25,920,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of the following:

1 Hematology Analyzer 8 units
5-part differential Automated Analyzer
34 parameters with Reticulocyte count
Reticulocyte count processed w/ staining reagent in individual tubes
Research parameters with no additional reagent: ALY#, ALY%, LIC#,
LIC%, NRBC#, NRBC%
with 2 histogram, 2 scattergram and 2 3D stereograms
WBC counting through WBC Impedance and WBC Optical Counting
WBC Classification using four angle laser scatter light flowcytometry
Cyanide-free Colorimetry principle for Hgb determination
Electrical Impedance method for counting
Whole blood: 20uL and 20uL pre-diluted
With L-J, X, X-R, X-B control modes for QC monitoring
