Description : PROCUREMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is One Million Five Hundred Eight Thousand Pesos only (P 1,508,000.00).
2. Price quotation should be inclusive of tax obligations.
3. Delivery Period: 30 Calendar Days upon receipt of Purchase Order (P.O.).
4. If awarded the contract, processing and payment shall be made within 30 calendar days upon receipt of charge invoice and delivery receipt.
5. Quotations, including supporting documentary requirements, received after the specified deadline are not accepted. The date and time indicated in the Procuring Entity-s email receipt is the official basis for determining if the submission was timely.
6. Refusal to accept an award may be grounds for sanctions under RA 12009.
7. Failure of the supplier to deliver goods and render services under the contract within the specified delivery schedule will result in damages based on the IRR of RA 12009.
8. The Head of the Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject any and all bids as per the IRR of RA 12009.
