  Supply and Delivery of 60kVa Generator Set - GSO
  
  1) The Local Government Unit of Maramag, Bukidnon, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of five hundred fifty thousand pesos & 00/100 (Php 550,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of 60kVa Generator Set - GSO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) The Local Government Unit of Maramag, Bukidnon now invites bids for Supply and delivery of 60kVa generator set for GSO building using the Competitive Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required 15 to 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least one year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
  
  3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
