Description : NOTICE OF SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT

PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), through its 2025 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Three Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty-Three Pesos (Php325,733.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Supply and Delivery of 500 Pieces of GAD Shirts for PNOC EC (“Project”), through Section 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009. Delivery of goods shall be within forty-five (45) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed and Purchase Order to PNOC EC Head Office, Building 1, Energy Center, Rizal Drive, BGC, Taguig City.

PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening. Please refer to the attached Technical Specifications for complete details.
