The Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental, through the SB 6 Ordinance No. 1628-2024-Excise Tax-Tobacco Production-Other Transportation Equipment intends to apply the sum of Seventeen Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php17,500,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of the following:
