SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 48 UNITS UTILITY VEHICLE UNDER PURCHASE REQUEST NO. 0726-25

1. The Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental, through the 5% LDRRMF-48 Paglaum Quick Responder intends to apply the sum of Forty-Seven Million Three Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand Pesos (Php47,376,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of the following:

1. UTILITY VEHICLE 48 Units
Specifications:
Seating Capacity: 12 seats
Engine displacement not less than 1,496
Type 4 cylinder, 36 valve DOHC
Dual VVT-1 gasoline
Max torque-134Nm at 4,400rpm
Transmission-5 speed MT
Suspension-front MacPherson and rear drum type

3-years warranty coverage or 100,000km whichever comes first free matting and tools, free labor in first 1,500 and 5,000km
3-years LTO registration with TPL insurance and plate no. or virtual plate upon delivery

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening
