Must be atleast 60 cm in height
Graft union must be fully healed with no plastic wrap
Certified seedlings, with BPI tags
Pest damage/injury free

Additional Requirements:
* Scion sourced out from BPI-accredited nursery
* Under supervision of the supplier within 15 days acclimatization period after delivery and mortality during this time shall be replaced by the supplier
* Bidder/source should have Nursery Accreditation and Plant Material Certification
