Description : 1) The Bureau of Soils and Water Management (BSWM), through the through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Ten Million One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (PhP 210,150,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Bureau of Soils and Water Management (BSWM), now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of 453 Units of Technology Package on Small-Scale Composting Facilities (SSCF) for CY 2025- IB No. BSWM 2025-08-069. Delivery of the Goods is required on or before March 2026. Bidders should have completed, at least within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
