  Conditions/Instructions for interested bidder:
  1. Bid (s) proposal (s) shall be submitted to the office through e-mail, registered mails, courier, or personally drop in the bid box located at the main building.
  2. The bidder is required to affix his/her signature, across the opening of the sealed envelope.
  3. Quotation/s must include all kinds of taxes for the item(s) services and including delivery charges.
  4. Interested Bidder may request RFQs through e-mail or may obtain at BAC Secretariat Office.
  5. Only PhilGEPS registered suppliers shall be accepted.
  6. Eligibility Documents (PhilGEPS Registration or Certification and/or Number, Mayors Permit, Income/Business tax Return, and omnibus Statement shall be submitted upon submission of RFQs
  
  The BFAR-RO2 - BAC reserves the right to reject any or all bid, waive any formality therein without disclosing the reason or basis and accept only the bids it deems is most advantageous to the government.
