Supply and Delivery of 4,140 pcs. Radiosonde Transmitters -
METEOMODEM with Free Met Balloons

1. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA)], through the National Expenditure Program - FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seventy Million Three Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php70,380,000.00) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of 4,140 pcs Radiosonde Transmitters - METEOMODEM with Free Met Balloons, IB No. 2026-03 EPA (PR 2025-10-0669 EPA). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PAGASA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required with the following schedule: 1st week of February 2026 and 1st week of July 2026 upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
