Additional Requirements:
With reflectorized sticker 2"x 2" DA logo below the logo labelled with "DA-RFO 1 NUPAP" for 25 units and "DA-RFO 1 HVCDP" for 16 units
10% shall be subjected to acceptance testing upon completion of delivery of the units
*Delivery Schedule: within 20 working days from receipt of Purchase Order
