Description : 1) The Bureau of Soils and Water Management (BSWM), through the through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of:

Lot 1- Supply and Delivery of 45 units Solar Powered Composting Facility for Biodegradable Wastes (SP-CFBW) under NCP and HVCDP- PhP 63,000,000.00

Lot 2- Supply and Delivery of 357 units Solar Powered Composting Facility for Biodegradable Wastes (SP-CFBW) under RCEF- PhP 499,800,000.00- (Note. This lot is short of award, pending issuance of Special Allotment Release Order)

With a total of PhP 562,800,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Bureau of Soils and Water Management (BSWM), now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of 453 Units of Technology Package on Small-Scale Composting Facilities (SSCF) for CY 2025- IB No. BSWM 2025-08-069.
