INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 4,000 KILOGRAMS CHLORINE DIOXIDE

1. The Santa Rosa (NE) Water District (SRWD), through the Corporate Budget Approved by the Board of Directors intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Forty Thousand pesos (Php 1,640,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for:

- 1 kg. Per pack, vacuum sealed. 10 kg per box.
- Assay 8% minimum

Terms and Conditions:

Staggered delivery upon receipt of Purchase Order (P.O). Upon receipt of PO, delivery must be within seven (7) calendar days.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
