The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IVA through the Livestock Program intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (Ᵽ2,440,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of 40 kits Influenza A Antibody test blocking Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) Kit under Livestock Program CY 2024 (Second Posting) with Project Identification No.: ITB-2024-12-086. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
