1.The Municipality of Marihatag, Surigao del Sur intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT THOUSAND AND EIGHT PESOS (P998,008.00) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 4 WHEEL DRIVE TRACTOR WITH ROTAVATOR. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Municipality of Marihatag, Surigao del Sur, now invites Bids from eligible bidders for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 4 WHEEL DRIVE TRACTOR WITH ROTAVATOR. Delivery of the GOODS is required within seven (7) calendar days. The description of eligible Bidders is contained in Section II of the Bidding Documents, ITB.
