Description : The Bureau of Fire Protection - National Headquarters (BFP-NHQ), through the Special Accounts in the General Fund (SAGF) Fiscal Year 2024 intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Six Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱36,800,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of 4 units Mobile Clinic Vehicle. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The BFP-NHQ now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of 4 units Mobile Clinic Vehicle as per BFP Terms of Reference No. BFP-MOBILECLINIC-01-2025 dated 05 June 2025 (attached in the Associated Components). Delivery of the Goods is required Two Hundred Ten (210) Calendar Days after the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least Five (5) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
