c. Certificate of company owned/ affiliated/ authorized service center within the Region and Service Center must have a Permit to Operate issued by BAFE (brand/ model of the offered shall be present in the product list as to its PTO).
d. Notarized Affidavit of Undertaking After Sales Service that supplier must render within 72 hours upon receipt of notice from the recipients/Procuring Entity.
