Description : The Department of Agriculture-RFO 3, invites interested suppliers to submit quotations/proposals for the hereunder requirement, to wit:

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 393 UNITS OF PUMP AND ENGINE (SHALLOW TUBE WELL) FOR DISTRIBUTION TO THE VEGETABLE GROWERS ASSOCIATION OF REGION III UNDER THE HVCDP FY 2025 REGULAR PROGRAM
1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III, through the GENERAL APPROPRIATION ACT for the Year 2025 intends to apply the sum; THIRTY-FIVE MILLION THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND PESOS (P35,370,000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for DA3-2025-01-0112. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by for Thirty (30) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
