-NSIC Approved variety
-Must be included in the most preferred varieties by rice farmers
-Passed the complete test (varietal purity, physical purity, germination and moisture content) based on BPI-NSQCS seed certification standards
-Date tested should not be more than 2 months prior to delivery
-Germination Percentage : 90% minimum (Seed Reserve as per DC # 02 Series of 2025)
-Moisture content : 14% minimum
-BPI-Accredited supplier/ bidder
-With spray painted 4"x4" DA logo and labelled "RFO1 Rice Program" below the logo and "NOT FOR SALE" above the logo
