1. The Provincial Government of Pangasinan, through the Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Fund (PR#2025-04-02800) intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ten Pesos (P9,999,910.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of 33,898 bags Premium Rice (5kgs/bag) at Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office, Lingayen, Pangasinan (for Stockpile for relief operation during calamity)). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
