1. The Provincial Government of Biliran through General Fund, intends to apply the sum of Two Million
One Hundred Eighty Five Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php2,185,250.00) being the Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the project Supply and Delivery of
325 Bags Urea Fertilizer (46-0-0) and 446 Bags Ammonium Phosphate (16-20-0). Bid received in excess
of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
