1. The Local Government Unit of Guiuan through the General Fund-Capital Outlay intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Sixty-Eight Thousand Pesos Only (Php 768,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of 320 Units Chairs with Backrest and 80 Units Square Tables for the Food Court of Guiuan Public Market,Guiuan, Eastern Samar, Goods 2026-03-10. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
