SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 3 UNITS CARDIAC MONITOR WITH DEFIBRILLATOR AND (2) OTHER ITEMS UNDER PURCHASE REQUEST NO. 2902-24

1. The Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental, through the CO: Medical Equipment intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED FORTY-TWO THOUSAND PESOS (Php942,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of the following:

1 Cardiac Monitor with Defibrillator 3 Units
2 ECG Machine 12 channel, 12 lead 3 Units
3 Cardiotocography Machine (CTG) 1 Units

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening

2. The Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
