SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 280 PCS MODULAR TENTS UNDER PURCHASE REQUEST NO. 0404-25

1. The Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental, through the PDRRMO-5% LDRRMF intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Pesos (Php2,800,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of the following:

1. MODULAR TENTS 280 Pcs
Specification:
Color Blue
Heavy duty, water proof polyester, foldable
250cm x 250cm x 180cm
Rolled sided door cover w/ net doubled layer
Mosquito top net cover (zipper type)
Coated wall and floor
With carrying bag
With PDRRMO and PGMO logo print

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening

2. The Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
