SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 2,642 BAGS AMMONIUM PHOSPHATE AND (3) OTHER ITEMS UNDER PURCHASE REQUEST NO. 0026-25

1. The Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental, through the SB 6 Ordinance No. 1628-2024-Excise Tax-Tobacco Production-Agricultural Supplies intends to apply the sum of Fifty-One Million Ninety-Six Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Pesos (Php51,096,280.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of the following:

1. Ammonium Phosphate (16-20-0) 50kg/bag 2,642 bags
2. Complete (14-14-14) 50kg/bag 7,926 bags
3. Urea (46-0-0) 50kg/bag 7,926 bags
4. Diammonium Phosphate (18-46-0) 50kg/bag 2,642 bags

Note:
Fertilizers must comply with relevant Philippine National Standards and be free from contaminants Must be delivered in durable, sealed and properly labeled bags to ensure quality and easy handling.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening
