Description : 25 BAGS OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 25kg TRISODIUM PHOSPHATE

CONDITIONS:

1. All items should conform to the specifications of the district.
2. Suppliers must specify the BRAND, TRADEMARK, and other pertinent data of the product offered, and include brochures with product information, if possible.
3. The RFQ together with a copy of the Certificate of PhilGEPS Registration (Platinum) and other requirements may be submitted via email or fax on or before the closing date.
4. Quotation with COMPANY LETTER HEAD is INCLUSIVE OF TAX AND DELIVERY COST must be submitted with authorized signatory/company representative.
5. The SANWAD reserves the right to verify the documents submitted and to inspect and/or to test the goods to validate its conformity with the technical specifications and to reject and return the goods delivered with costs upon the bidder in the event of non-conformance with the required specifications stipulated in the RFQ/Purchase Order and other violations of the terms/conditions of the supply contract.
