Description : INVITATION TO BID

The Local Government Unit of Pagalungan, Province of Maguindanao, through Share from CY 2022 Collection of Burley and Native Tobacco Excise under RA. 8240 as amended by RA No. 10351, intends to apply the sum corresponding each item/lot being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each item/lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
