1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Cordillera Administrative Region (DENR-CAR), through the National Expenditures Program (NEP) for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Three Thousand One Hundred Forty-Four Pesos and Seventeen Centavos (PhP 4,003,044.17) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of 24-hour Security Services within the premises of DENR-CAR Compounds, Baguio City as Project No. 03-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
