1. The Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental, through the SB 6 Ordinance No. 1628-2024-Excise Tax-Fabrication of Fiber Glass Boats intends to apply the sum of Five Million Nine Hundred Nineteen Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-One Pesos Fifteen Centavos (Php5,919,791.15) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of the following:
