Budget for the Contract : PHP 150,600.00
Description : PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2025 Corporate Budget, has an Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Six Hundred Pesos
(PhP150,600.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Supply and
Delivery of 2025 Service Award Tokens (“Project”). The items shall be delivered to PNOC EC,
Bldg. 1, Energy Center, Rizal Drive, BGC Taguig City within Fifteen (15) calendar days after
receipt of Notice to Proceed and Purchase Order.

PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the
attached Scope of Work for complete details. Please note that the bid/proposal to be
submitted MUST be complete. Incomplete bid/proposal will be disqualified.

Proposals including conformed Scope of Work and Financial Bid Proposal may be emailed to ebids@pnoc-ec.com.ph / alvasquez@pnoc-ec.com.ph / esespiritu@pnoc-ec.com.ph on or
before March 19, 2025, not later than 4:00 PM. Late submission shall not be accepted.
