1. The National Food Authority (NFA) - Region 1, using a single-year Framework Agreement, through the Corporate Operating Budget for the year 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Six Hundred Eighteen Thousand Four Hundred Seven pesos only (P3,618,407.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the hereunder items. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected:
