Description : Delivery Schedule:
The Supplier shall deliver the items within seven (7) calendar days
upon receipt of (a) the duly signed Purchase Order, and (b) the final approved layout.
The delivery period shall commence only upon the Supplier-s receipt of both requirements.
The Supplier shall not commence production prior to the issuance of the signed Purchase
Order and the approval of the final layout. Delays attributable to the late issuance of the
Purchase Order or the late approval of the layout shall not be charged against the Supplier.
