Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 20-METER RESEARCH SURVEY VESSEL (RSV) FOR PHILIPPINE COAST GUARD

1. The Philippine Coast Guard through the General Appropriations Fund for FY 2024 intends to apply the total sum of One Hundred Eighty Million Pesos (Php180,000,000.00) being the total ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of 20-Meter Research Survey Vessel (RSV) for Philippine Coast Guard. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine Coast Guard now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days commencing from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
