3. The winning bidder/supplier shall conduct the necessary training in the operation and maintenance of equipment after full delivery and also provide copies of training module;

4. The unit should be delivered within 30 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed;

5. Deliver the item to OPA-Leyte;
